"Friendly staff to greet you. Beautiful grounds. Very nice room, just wasn't quite clean from last guests. Stuff spilt on carpet, and balcony, left over guest clothing under living room items. Otherwise i will stay again. Bit of a walk to downtown but doable. "

"The indoor pool was being renovated, and it was too cool for the outdoor pool. The free breakfast was good. They appear to alternate sausage and bacon every day. Luckily, our stay ended up having 2 mornings of bacon. They also had scrambled eggs, potatoes, and French toast sticks along with 2 waffle makers. Located in front of The Island, it was a very short walk across a bridge to multiple selections of dining, entertainment, and shopping. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. "

"I have stayed at this resort several times starting in 2023 and always loved the place. I most recently booked a reservation through Expedia for my stay at the Gatlinburg, TN Margaritaville Resort and was checking in on 11/24/26 and checking out on 11/26/26. Upon my arrival, I was informed by the desk clerk that there was a new mandatory $15 per day parking fee for a total of $30 for my stay. I had not been informed of the new fee with my online booking prior to my arrival and it was not listed on the Margaritaville website. Upon checkin, it was too late to cancel my booking. I understand that additional fees are sometimes necessary but they all need to be disclosed at the time of booking. I'm very disappointed"

"Won $1600 at the casino. Staff was lovely. Had a great time. Room was clean and bed was perfect. Just make sure if you are a non-smoker get a non-smoking room. Some rooms are for smokers and in these times that’s unusual. "
