"I love this little place and my room on the creek was really nice. Make sure you get parking passes at check in if possible because I was given a VERY hard time trying to get mine after my sister checked in first and even though my name and credit card was on file they treated me as if I was trying to get over on them. "

"Room was good. Best hotel I’ve stayed in Pigeon Forge. Water park was heated and kids loved it. Would love them to revisit their policy on guests in the water park as our friends were unable to join us. "

"Dirty, we all got our socks turned black, huge gap under door, Blood on pillow, had to ask for towels and wash cloths. Had to call and call and call to get deposit back,( the deposit was more than I paid for the room and I would have stayed in better hotel if it was noted when I reserved) and the person acted like it was a big ordeal. The short haired lady after check-in was like a telemarketer bugging the stuff out of every guest to join Windham rewards offering to comp stay. 11:30 pm Hotel staff tried to let drunk guests into my room wrong floor. The staff were not the best personalities at check-in the lady with longer bobbed hair laughed when she informed me of the deposit, and it was more than I paid for the room laughed when I asked about when I would get it back. Many others were complaining at the desk when I checked in too. It is a cheap hotel, and my 7th visit was my worse one and last one. "
