"I liked the indoor pool and hot tub. I love how peaceful and relaxing it is there. This is my all-time favorite hotel to stay at in Gatlinburg that is why any time I get to go to Gatlinburg I always stay at this hotel. The staff is always friendly and helpful."

"I just spent three nights at this hotel. Wonderful hotel. Color scheme and decor throughout the hotel is great. Rooms are exactly as shown. Very roomy, not cramped up. Breakfast area has plenty of seating. Breakfast is very good with lots of variety. The bar area is nice. Lots of nice sitting areas throughout the hotel and outside. The pools looked really great. I personally did not use them. There is a little shop that sells t-shirts and some other items. The hotel and my room were very clean. All of the staff that I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. I stayed on the 6th floor, end unit that looked directly over the pool. Having a balcony is very nice too. Plenty of parking. Close to lots of attractions. I would 100 percent recommend this hotel. "
