This suite is Suite 104 at The Penthouses on Main building in historic downtown which offers a total of 6 luxury suites. All suites have been completely updated & modernized with luxury finishes from a recent professional renovation by Nathan Fitts, the building owner & your host, known for some of the most notable luxury home designs in the area. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed & secondary bedroom features a queen-size bed + living room queen size sleeper sofa. The secondary bedroom has modern style all frosted glass rolling barn doors that open the entire bedroom up into the common spaces or you can keep closed for privacy. The primary bathroom features a walk-in subway tile shower with glass shower door & the secondary bathroom features a tub/shower combination featuring modern style barnwood tile shower walls & all glass front & shower door. The living room & kitchen areas have lots of surrounding windows allowing for lots of natural light & with views overlooking the mountains & the downtown area including The Blue Ridge Scenic Railway Depot. Character & charm is displayed throughout including the restored exposed original brick walls which have been brought back to life giving life to these rooms. The kitchen offers a combination of modern farmhouse open shelves and cabinets for storage and is equipped fully with refrigerator & freezer, dishwasher, microwave, range and has all cooking supplies, small appliances, utensils in addition to accessories such as Keurig coffee maker with a variety of sweeteners & creamers, toaster oven, blender, mixer, baking tools, glassware & dishes, portable dining tray tables + more. Also, fully equipped & stocked with wet bar supplies including wine glasses, martini glasses, champagne glasses, Moscow mule mugs, beer mugs, wine opener, wine aerator, cocktail shaker set & more. The living room offers a comfortable & cozy leather sofa with linen accent chair highlighted by the corner slate electric fireplace and 55" smart TV offering the perfect place to relax & unwind. This suite has its on central heating and air conditioning system allowing you to set and control your comforts. An extended cable package includes all the local entertainment, sports channels and movie channels or allowing you to log into your streaming service. Other amenities include USB/charging ports, alarm clock, iron and ironing board, clothes steamer, desk supplies, complimentary high speed secure network WIFI, complimentary guest amenities such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, Q-tips, and make-up remover kits and stocked with all linens. A laundry facility for guests is provided should you need to laundry clothes or there is a laundry/dry cleaning pick up and drop off service you can set up. This location is prime, prime, prime real estate right in the heart of downtown Blue Ridge, in the middle of it all including the shops, restaurants/dining, attractions and points of interest. There is complimentary shuttle services that you will see circulating around town you're welcome to use as well. As a guest at The Penthouses on Main, you also have complimentary access to use the Fitness Premier gym just down the street which is a full service fitness & health club. Located inside the suite is a Guest Information Guide that includes general and specific information, instructions for operating systems within the studio, emergency exit instructions, as well as information on restaurants/dining, shopping and more including their location business hours and business information. Smoking is prohibited in suite including cigarettes and/or e-cigarettes. The suites are located on the 2nd floor from ground retail level and there are some steps to The Penthouse Suites since they are situated on the top floor.
