While most things are brand-new there are several things that are also time-honored with lots of charm in this modern Farmhouse. Our 3 bedroom/2 bath home is graced by surrounding mountains. Custom kitchen, plentiful windows, natural and painted wood interior all keep it light and cozy.

Quite neighborhood.... a pleasant 8 minute drive to the heart of downtown Blue Ridge. Lake access, boat ramp, beach and beautiful sunsets are just around the corner at Morganton Point Recreational Area. All roads are paved and grant easy access. You can enjoy seasonal views of the surrounding mountians and lake when walking around the block.

Child ready:
A pack and play, umbrella stroller and safety gate are available for use. There are also toys and books for the little ones as well as BOARD GAMES FOR ADULTS AND TEENS.

Going to the Beach:
Two beach chairs, beach towels for 6 guests and beach bag are available for use.

Pantry Items:
We provide salt, pepper, sugar, olive oil, a starter coffee brick with coffee pot filters. As well as different teas to enjoy. Enough Paper towels and toilet paper to last for a long weekend.

Hotel Amenities:
We offer high-end hotel sized shampoos conditioners as well as body wash and lotion. A blow dryer is available for use and located in the vanity of each bathroom.
