Private Adirondack Paradise - Luxury Home in heart of the Adirondacks

Experience the Adirondacks, lounging on the dock or hitting the trails and waters. Loon Bay on Eagle Lake is an idyllic "camp," perfect for family gatherings, with activities within our private preserve or nearby in Blue Mountain Lake. House and dock are on a quiet bay of Eagle Lake, with water access to both Blue Mountain Lake and Utowana Lake. All ages enjoy long days on the lakes (including our water trampoline) and hiking & biking, or cross-country skiing 20 miles of trails from your doorstep.

The space:
TimberPeg home with large, comfortable rooms, an extraordinary living room, huge outdoor deck, screened in porch, dock, raft and water trampoline. Great kitchen for entertaining and cooking, plus outdoor firepit and BBQ for roasting and toasting. Quiet connected office with stand up desk, printer, mesh wi-fi and hardwired LAN.

Guests have access to the roads, trails and beaches of the private preserve. This means incredibly hiking, biking, running, swimming, boating, and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, all right from your door.

Includes watercraft ( 2 funyaks, canoe, 2 SUPs and 2 small kayaks) accessible on a storage rack near the dock. The lower level of the garage and the boathouse are not included.

An on site Superintendent and other homeowners are residents of the private preserve.
