"Highly recommended. A wonderful experience. Comfortable, well designed, spacious air conditioned room with an excellent powerful shower in the en-suite. Fantastic value for money. Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff. Just a one minute walk to the car park and couldn't be more centrally located in Barmouth. Very happy guests!"

"Almost perfect stay... Hotel, Bar and room was perfect, lovely big room, big comfy bed, Air-con, fridge, safe, TV, kettle cups etc. Big lovely bathroom with both bath and walk-in shower. The only thing that let it down for me was no hairdryer, so used to every hotel we've stayed in having hairdryers in all the rooms. Sent a message to say we didnt have one but didnt get a reply. Found out on our last night that the couple next door had a hairdryer so not consistent. My advice bring a hairdryer with you. Would have given it 5 stars otherwise. Would recommend though great hotel on the main street in Barmouth."

"Ignore the unloved, unkempt garden that greets you. Inside is a TARDIS that is very clean and a good size with a large immaculate bathroom and generous bedrooms. Really enjoyed our stay."

"This place was excellent, it was really well equipped, warm and comfortable. It was 5 minutes in the car to Fairbourne and the beach there along with local restaurants and shops to get any treats or last minute bits. It was a mile away from the mawddach trail which is a great walk for everyone and amazing scenery. Check in and out was easy and we weren't bothered at all just left to relax and recharge. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and will hopefully be back again soon."

"We had a fabulous stay The cottage is absolutely gorgeous with a beautiful garden to enjoy the views, incl the swing chair and hot tub. Very well equipped and cosy place to stay. Eloise and Mark are fabulous hosts, called and gave lots of extra information for us to enjoy our trip. Fairbourne is so beautiful too, lovely beach where we got a glimpse of a porpoise one morning and a dolphin the next day which was amazing. Little steam train was cute to see and we had lovely food from the chippy after a picturesque walk across to Barmouth and back. We would definitely love to come back again "
