"Nice hotel"

"Overall, the check-in and room were great. The only thing is about the villas is that there’s only air condition in the bedrooms in that in the entire living space and you get charged for the usage. If you go over, thankfully we didn’t go over by too much also we thought that there was something a little off with the sheets as we have been breaking out on the first night so we asked if the sheets could be replaced and they were but we still were breaking out on our Skin. if you do not rent a car be prepared to walk long distances to the office to the beach to the restaurants to anywhere that they don’t rent out any golf carts either but luckily we had a good staff member who would come and pick us up on the golf cart if we asked, and we tipped him. Also be careful if you are paying a taxi directly through the resort because they will keep up with some of the charges, but not all of them. They charge my credit card and emailed me about it without even asking if I had paid the taxi in cash which I did and so I had to call them and email them to get my money back and still I’m not sure if the money has been returned even and when I told them to not charge my card. When we went to the restaurant next to the office or check-in, the food was good. The drinks were all right, but it kind of seemed like some of the workers didn’t want to be at work then there was one worker when I told them that I was sick after getting an allergic reaction at Brass Boer said that it was my fault."

"The villa is a 2 minute’s walk from the beach. Very convenient location. The villa has all the necessary amenities. Manager Marianna was very helpful. I will recommend it to friends."

"We love staying here at Blue Bay! Blue Bay was perfect for our kids ages three and five. The water was very calm and practically no waves at all the water was crystal clear and pleasantly warm. We were never cold. The beach was also perfect for the kids. Sand was great for building sandcastles.We loved the snorkeling; we saw many fish, including blowfish, several different kind of eels, rockfish, parrot fish, trigger fish, an octopus and many more varieties. My wife and I scuba dived while we were here which was a shore dive right at Blue Bay Beach. We saw a few turtles while diving. The coral was in great condition and we saw a a great variety. The only downside was a few days had jellyfish further out, and we got stung, but none near the beach.The rental apartment was very clean, and the space was the perfect size. We enjoyed the kitchen for cooking. The outdoor patio was perfect with the large sliding doors. We even saw a flock of flamingoes fly by visible from the outdoor patio (see image). So many birds here! With the fan on, we never felt too hot even during the day because it was shaded. (it’s recommended only to use AC at night). The beds were very comfortable.Kids also loved the pool (which was nice and warm too). It was sometimes hard to get kids to the beach because they liked the pool so much.Highly recommend staying here, especially for a family."

"The view was amazing , great location easy walk to the beach. Check in was later than expected by about 1.5 hrs. Kitchen could use some organization but that's minor. Bedding was disappointing needs upgraded badly. The cover sheets are duvet covers, less the duvet . The king bed was comfortable. Unit has a dishwasher that came with one pod, one garbage bag supplied, two roles of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towel . The apartment is first class and has huge potential. We even booked an extra night for the late check out. I fell we overpaid because of the lack of supplies to simplify the stay. Ice machine was broken but I fixed it.
