Located on Ski Acres Drive on Appalachian Ski Mountain, the location is perfectly centered between Boone and Blowing Rock, which means shopping and excellent dining is just minutes away. This spacious 4 bedroom home offers each of your guests plenty of their own space, so stretch out and get comfortable! On the main floor you'll find the main living area with large flat screen TV, Charter cable, and gas fireplace. The dining room area seats 8 guests comfortably, and a well-maintained kitchen area includes an electric range, microwave, regular style coffee pot, refrigerator with icemaker, and dishwasher. The master bedroom on the main floor includes King bed, a flat screen TV, deck access, and master bathroom with double vanity sinks, large walk-in closet and walk-in shower. The deck from the living room is complete with plenty of outdoor seating options, charcoal grill (charcoal not provided by Jenkins) and a beautiful long-range views. Downstairs you will find the den area, with another large flat-screen TV, card table that seats 4, gas fireplace, lower deck area and three additional bedrooms. The first bedroom includes a King bed, writing desk, private bath, hall closet and deck access. The second bedroom also includes a King bed with a private bath and deck access. The third bedroom includes two twin beds and a private bath. Easy access, and parking for 3-4 cars. Four-wheel drive required in winter weather. 4 night minimum stay. No pets allowed.
