Our home features double water front lot, Cathedral ceilings, 3 fireplaces, 7 person hot tub overlooking the lake, theater room, large deck and backyard, pergola, unique custom fire pit, dock, kayak, paddle board, unique game/arcade room and so much more!! Garage has been converted to a unique game/arcade room with ping pong table, poker table, dart game, skee roll, pac man and so much more! Amazing Location!! On Oneida Lake and Very close to Sylvan Beach, Verona Beach, Amusement park, casinos, many restaurants and ice cream parlors, Turning Stone Resorts restaurants and many many attractions!

You could smell the Finger Lakes coffee there was a big I Love NY icon to take pictures and brochures and interactive screens to plan your Upstate New York visit. Also it’s uniquely located in America’s (6th largest mall is what I was told, but definitely the biggest mall I have ever seen). You could also purchase all sorts of regional small farm to table food. Very cool!

Perfect get way location

We rented this home to celebrate our daughter's college graduation. We hosted a small gathering and it was perfect for cooking and entertaining. The house is beautiful. It was very clean and we're definitely interested and renting it again.

House was beautiful right on the water. Hot tub was great considering it got too cold to go into the water. It was great to have all amenities. Kitchen was great all different appliances and everything we needed to cook and clean up so didn’t have to purchase in the store. It was great to have the outdoor furniture to view the lake while having a glass of wine. I would recommend this home to anyone who enjoys a home by the lake!

Very Satisfied

This property was a great location as we chased the 2024 Eclipse. This was a large family gathering with all age guests. We enjoyed both indoor activities in the game room and large gathering space/kitchen and outdoor activities sitting by the lake and kayaking. The house was updated and very comfortable.

The house was spacious and clean with numerous amenities for each guest. The upstairs living room with the Murphy Bed worked out nicely for an additional bedroom. We attended Syracuse University graduation and could reasonably travel back and forth to it as well. Additionally, the property is close to several great restaurants in town which was an added benefit. Tanya (the host) was super helpful and could be reached at any time with questions. Overall, this was a wonderful place and I would have no concerns booking it again! 😃

We rented this house for my daughter's 16th birthday party. It was absolutely perfect! Unfortunately it was too windy to use the hot tub but they had a great time regardless. The game room was great for entertaining. Everything was perfect!

Annual Charity Golf Tournament

Each year we travel to the area from Boston for a charity golf tournament. This was the best property that we have stayed in by far. We’ll be staying here again for sure!

Beautiful home on the lake

This was a beautiful home with great views of the lake. Even though it rained most of the day there was lots to do for the teens. Besides the game room in the garage, there was a cozy second floor room with keyboard and drum set and video games. All comunication with the owner was very timely.

The host was awesome. She responded very quickly and provided clarity for check out as well. My friends enjoyed the weekend stay and all the great amenities. The home was very clean and cozy. We loved that the beach was nearby. Great for exploring with families.
