"Overall, we had a good stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly, the room was comfortable, and everything else met our expectations. The only issue was the bathtub drain. The water wouldn’t drain properly while showering, so we had to stand in dirty water the entire time. It was unpleasant and something that should definitely be fixed. Aside from that, everything else was good."

"Lodging off I-90 was all booked for the night. We found the Burrstone Inn off the highway a bit and it was perfect and well worth the short drive. Staff was very accommodating and pleasant. Other than some extra towels and wash cloths it was perfect. Breakfast was very good as well. We’ll be staying again!!"

"As expected, breakfast was mediocre. First day the coffee was incredibly weak - we ended up going to Duncan Donuts (just a 1/4 mile away) to get decent coffee. The second day the coffee was even weaker - do they just keep running water through and through again? Bagels and bread were stale. Hotel could use some serious infusion of cash - carpet in corridors stained in so many places, lenses missing from sconces, shortage of towels in the pool area, veneer on doors chipped in several locations. Only saving factor was that the beds were comfortable, and the location was great - for our purposes."
