Super clean place near IU campus and downtown Bloomington. Nice bedroom setups and easy parking.

We had an amazing weekend in this super clean, super cute house! We enjoyed the quiet backyard and grill in the evening. This would be a great stay for football weekends as well!

A Big Splash of Class and not too far from Downtown!

We enjoyed our time here for December Commencement Service. We worried the location was too far out, but actually walked to Kirkwood twice. The owner is super conscious of the guests and anticipates their needs with extremely thoughtful touches. The modern, updated interior was comfortable and spacious. We wished it had been a tad warmer, because the back yard and porch with the inviting swing are great. The only down side might be the on street parking, but we never had a problem and parked within a house, at most two, of the VRBO. Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend!

Great property and management!

lovely renovated home, beautifully decorated, spacious with lots of extra touches! Manager is excellent communicator and very responsive. Updated bathrooms with nice linens and toiletries in case you forget something. Beds are made up with nice linens and very comfy. Everything you need to cook meals or order in for a celebration. Large back yard and great covered back porch with grill and patio table/chairs. Parking was ample on the street in front of the house. Easy/quick drive to stadium area, the Square or Kirkwood. And quick access from the Bypass. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Great rental!
