No shoes inside the home to preserve carpeting. Zero tolerance for smoking (cigarette, weed, cigar, etc.) inside the home. Violators that are caught will be expected to pay $200 fine, and pay for any items or furniture damaged in the process. Quiet hours are from 10pm until 8am. This property is exceptionally well-appointed and conveniently located. The heating and air conditioning systems operate flawlessly, and the Wi-Fi connection is reliable. I found everything to be satisfactory and would certainly return and recommend it to others.
We came to visit our daughter who is attending ISU. The property is clean. Beds were comfortable. It is in the historic district and close to most the main places to go in the area. Everything was as was stated in the description.
