"My fiancé and I recently stayed at DeSoto hotel during our first visit to Savannah, and we LOVED our experience! The staff were friendly, and our room was clean and comfortable, which is exactly what we look for in a hotel. We also appreciated the excellent location; everything was walkable, making it easy to explore the town without feeling confined to the property. This has become one of our favorite vacation spots, and we will highly recommend your hotel to others. Thank you for a relaxing stay!"

"The location is outstanding, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. There are a few things future guests should be aware of. Parking can be challenging. Be sure to have your parking ticket validated each day before noon. In our case, when we attempted to validate early afternoon, we had to exit the garage, pay the parking fee, and then re-enter, which was inconvenient. Also, if you book a room with double beds, be aware that they are full-size beds rather than queens. The room was ok, but the bed size may feel small for some guests. The hot water can also be inconsistent during peak usage times, so taking showers during off-hours may provide a better experience. That said, the excellent location more than made up for these issues. Being within walking distance of so many attractions made our stay very enjoyable. Oh and allowing pets was great."
