Book a Bloomingdale Cottage

"Stayed at the end of March, 2026. The motel is about as you expect for the rating. It feels a bit dirty and aged but reasonable for a quick stay. There's no elevator, so you have to walk up a set of stairs to get to the 2nd floor. Its all outside, but mostly covered. Worth noting, because I didn't notice this in the pictures; The bathroom consists of a very small room with only a toilet and shower, its a tight room. The vanity, mirror and bathroom sink is in the actual room, beside the bathroom. The bathroom and vanity feels aged, but not really dirty. We stayed in a standard double bed room. The lamp in the corner and the carpet around it were gross, there was visible dust. We were only there from 9pm to 10am, so it was forgivable, but I would have been more upset had we stayed longer, and would have requested house keeping to clean it better. However it was late, and we didn't want to go through that process. We thoroughly checked for bed bugs the second we got there and did not see any. On a positive note, the breakfast was decent. Most places like this don't have a waffle maker. In all honesty, that is why we picked this motel over any other one. literally for the waffle maker. They were pretty good actually and there was hot bacon which was definitely a plus. The rest of the breakfast was very standard and limited to cereal, yogurt, fruit, toast, scrambled eggs and juice. As a 'motel' rating, I'd say 6.5/10 as a 'hotel' rating, I'd say 3.5/10"

"Bed was so uncomfortable! The fitted sheets constantly coming off the bed, the mattress sank into in the middle. View was amazing, staff exceptional, room nice, clean, great location. No free parking so be prepared to valet $50 a day. Hotels.com doesn’t mention that. I would stay again when they get new mattresses and bedding that fits properly. "

"This was a prime location, park your car in the public parking garage beside the hotel. They use the same facility much cheaper. You won’t need it from that point you can walk everywhere. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable and the amenities were in good condition. Absolutely no issues with this hotel and I would recommend it and use it again."
