The room was in good condition and the staff was courteous when available. I didn’t like the fact that staff was sparse and all the fees that were connected to checking in amenities etc. those are the things that will prevent me from using public again.

Absolute 10/10. Very friendly front desk staff, Danny was awesome and helpful. My room was absolutely gorgeous. So clean and PLENTY of towels lol. Shower was huge and had amazing water pressure and the water gets hot (you never know these days). And of the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. I will certainly be back here next time I need to stay in the city.

Excluding the front desk staff the overall staff was fantastic. Front desk was a bit callous when we checked in and later needing directions. Room was clean but very dated and worn out. I am still giving 4 stars due to price location and rest of staff. The bellman are the best.

Best hotel I’ve stayed in for a while. Very clean, friendly staff, very comfortable. Walking distance to everything. Breakfast was excellent. We stayed 5 nights and breakfast was different every day…. Fried eggs, scramble, omelet, sausage, bacon, empanadas, waffles, it was excellent!
