A nice hotel but….

Although a nice adequate room and the hotel beautifully placed next to the bridge over the river after a long day on the bike the noise levels around the property were very loud with what appeared to be boy racers speeding over the bridge all through the night ( not the hotels fault)

Wish Hotels.com would tell you what you’ve booked, I had thought I had a river view but apparently not. The hotel has no lift and a lot of stairs if you are on the top. The room was very basic. It was hot so the provided fan was on constant. Parking isn’t that easy and had to scour back roads. Great location for Blois however which is lovely.

Hôtel très accueillant vue magnifique

Un bon endroit pour se reposer et se ressourcer. Une des plus belles vues de Blois. Personnel très aimable et très pro. Tout est à proximité : il suffit de traverser le pont pour visiter le centre ville où le château. Promenades à vélo ou en bateau typique de lla région. Restaurant terrasse à côté.

Chambre réservée pour ma visite de la ville et des chateaux au environ. Chambre correcte avec tout le nécéssaire à l'intérieur. Rien à redire sur la taille car je savais qu'elle était petite. Cependant, quelques cheveux et toiles d'areignées retrouvée dans la pièce ne laisse pas une bonne image de l'hygiène

Nous pensons que le bâtiment a vraiment besoin d'être rénové. L'accueil ne répondait pas du tout aux attentes. On avait l'impression de déranger. En ce qui concerne la chambre, nous nous attendions à mieux. Elle n'était pas du tout isolée du bruit et du froid. Le chauffage n'était même pas mis en place. Ce n'est pas agréable avec des enfants, surtout avec des radiateurs en fonte. Il faut laisser le temps que ça chauffer. En ce qui concerne la literie et la salle de bain, tout est correct, sauf les couvertures en laine et la pression de l'eau. En revanche il est agréable d'avoir de vrai verre et le nombre de serviette et de nous avoir rajouter deux oreillers comme demandé à la réservation.

Déçue.......

Chambre petite, vieillotte, lit bruyant, l'impression d'être dans un placard ! Très décevant par rapport aux photos du descriptif ! Beaucoup trop cher étant donné l'état de l'hôtel ! Par contre nous avons très bien mangé !
