"Surprising how crappy the room was. And there was no coffee bar in the morning, despite there being a restaurant next door! I was disappointed by the experience at this hotel. A fall from grace, it seems. "

"The rooms were clean, but old so some areas didn't appear as clean, such as peeling paint on bathroom walls and stains in the tub-but still clean. The room was very basic. We had 4 people in 1 room and it's too many people for the size of the room and bathroom. It was very cramped. No fridge or coffee maker in the room. The downstairs lobby is pretty and staff were friendly. "

"No proper staff, preference is given to airlines staff, no proper or timely room service, lack of basic facilities like microwave etc"

"The hotel was in a fantastic location. Unfortunately no breakfast, only a coffee bar. Our room was quite small but adequate. A power outlet in the bathroom was coming off so I had to use my hairdryer plugged in out in the room but no biggie. The staff were SO friendly. Location alone was worth the stay but not sure I would pay the price again with no breakfast included. "
