"Overall we enjoyed the house. It has everything that you need for a lovely stay. If you enjoy peace and quiet, then this house is perfect. We used the house as a base to explore the area out of Stockholm. So we were generally out all day and back late afternoon, so it served our purposes well. "Hus 28 ligger med altanen i söderläge, vi hadeett fantastiskt väder, sol och mycket varmt vilket gjorde att vi inte kunde vara på altanen på eftermiddagen/kvällen, vi fick bära ner bord och stolar till baksidan av huset för att kunna sitta ner och äta middag. Ett större parasoll skulle verkligen behövas på altanen, en liten parantes, iskuber är bra att kunna göra i frysen till sitt ”isvatten” tyvärr saknades iskubslådor."

"Abgesehen davon, dass das Haus eine atemberaubende Lage mitten in der Natur,mit Blick auf Meer und die vorbeifahrenden Kreuzfahrtschiffe hat, war ich nicht zufrieden. Der erste Eindruck beim Ankommen ist wirklich herrlich. Beim genauen Hinsehen aber stellte man viele kleine Mängel fest. Bevor man seine persönlichen Sachen in Bad Kästen und der Küche einräumen konnte, musste man erstmal putzen, da diese staubig und verkrümelt waren. DIe Pfannen in der Küche haben ihre besten Tage bereits hinter sich. Einer der Kästen war kaputt ( der Boden gebrochen) , kein Couchtisch vorhanden, ist natürlich kein Muss wäre aber nett. In der Unterkunft Beschreibung steht Griller vorhanden. Ja ist er , jedoch völlig desolat und der Rost ist kaputt. Der Hotpot nur zu 2/3 befüllt. Das Wasser riecht nicht mehr fein. Also, ich habe die Unterkunft für vier Wochen gebucht und war kein einziges Mal drinnen. Ein Gespräch mit dem unterkunftgeber ist nicht wirklich möglich. Er behandelt einen herablassend und wird sogar beleidigend. Hat sich zwar Tags darauf entschuldigt. Aber ehrlich soetwas hab ich auf meinen vielen Reisen noch nie erlebt. Ich denke, dass ihm die ganzen Mängel egal sind. Alles wäre mit Leichtigkeit zu beheben. Es ist alles sehr lieblos und definitiv würde ich dort nicht mehr buchen ."
