"Reception staff was very helpful over the phone to find the Hotel. Private parking very safe and easy to access with a large car. Check in speedy and smiling. The room on the first floor (as requested). Lock in the door close not to accept the key. Had to fight hard to get in and out. Room large enough but needs renovation as i.e the wall paper hangs out its last days. Bathroom needs to be fixed especially the shower and the water running under the door. We hope we got the worst but expected to get the best."

"This was a lovely building in the old town and moments away from one of the main sights, Jean Coeur Palace. Reception was very helpful about parking, and taking our luggage while we explored the old town, having arrived at lunchtime."
