As per numerous signs in the gite, guests are not allowed to have visitors and are instructed to confine themselves indoors or in the dismal communal barbecue area, some 70 meters away, including stairs. "The room was perfect, and the views were spectacular. The staff could not have been nicer and more accommodating. There happened to be a rail strike during our stay which affected our transportation to our next destination, and without even asking, they offered several options which saved us hours of searching on our own for a “workaround.” I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to visit Bellagio and I hope to return in the future!"

"The hotel is in a fantastic spot — right on the lake and just steps from Como’s Cathedral and historic center. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We had a room with a beautiful lake view, which made the experience even more special. Parking is off-site at a nearby sister hotel, just a short walk away. It’s a bit inconvenient but manageable. The room was clean and comfortable, though starting to feel a bit dated and could use some renovation. Breakfast was included and offered a nice variety — definitely a plus."
