Second floor: optional 4th bedroom (four single beds), shower room/WC. Wi-Fi access. This cottage is not specifically adapted for people with disabilities. Central heating. Electricity (extra charge based on meter reading). Private enclosed garden of 400 m² with terraces. Table tennis, table football, American pool table, pétanque court. The cottage can be rented for up to 6 people with the second floor closed off. Included in the price: heating, bed linen, and firewood. Non-smoking cottage. After a beautiful restoration that respected the original architecture, this wing of a former mill has been converted into a three-story rural gîte.
