My wife and I stayed here for two days in February. While Bec's bills itself as a "resort," it's really a Bed and Breakfast. The resort is actually a large imaculate one story house overlooking the picturesque Marlborough wine growing valley. The house has 6 rooms, all well furnished with attached baths, but be forewarned - there are no TV's in the rooms (the only TV is in the shared living room) and the expectation is that you will interact with the other guests, something we were not prepared for, though we ended up meeting some very interesting and pleasent people from around the world. The proprieters (Leon and Aoeka - he's from Philly, she's from Sri Lanka) are extremly nice people and very helpful, but a bit overbearing at times. Overall, the accomodations were great, but it would have been nice to know the true nature of this place before going.
