"Es gab offensichtliche Mängel, die man auch nicht beseitigen wollte. Das Schlafsofa ist nur ein Feldbett und nur auf Anfrage erhältlich, obwohl für 4x gebucht wurde. Der Balkon ist unsicher, brüchig mit offener Elektrik. Mit den Treppen, dem engen Fahrstuhl, den Zimmern, dem Service ist es NICHT familienfreundlich. Die Luft im gesamten Hotel ist stickig und muffig, obwohl es nicht heiß war (verregnet). Es gab Mängel wie z.B. ein kaputtes Waschbecken (Wasser lief nicht ab), die wir gemeldet...

"A good location with easy access to the beach. The apartment was a good size with a nice kitchen setup. The pool is amazing! There were a few minor inconveniences (not enough toilet paper, hair dryer broken, not enough trash bags) and the staff was slow to fix these. "Everything is new, and it's mostly wonderful. That said, whomever planned the lighting switches and electrical needs some practical education. WHY is the shower light in with the toilet and nowhere near the shower itself? There are just some NUTTY lighting switch and electrical configurations. Once you figure them out, it's OK, but seriously. And the super nice in-bathroom steam bath is great -- but NEVER accidentally run it with the door ajar. The entire hotel fire alarm system went off when the room by ours set of the alarms with their steam bath. Not fun. But loved the place overall."
"The hotel is located in front of a nice lake. I consider this hotel as a hidden gem. Is very beautiful and comfortable. Staff is customer oriented specially the lady at the frontdesk she is amazing. We arrived late in the night after a long trip from Denmark and she always had the best attitude. The breakfast is very tasty and complete. Super recommended."
