"The room was clean and tidy albeit a little dated. We booked a double room with a cot and were supplied with two singles. The indoor pool was ideal this time of year but cleanliness of this area was not high on the priority list. Breakfast was a little bland and pre prepared and not always fresh. We consistently had a cleaning trolley outside our room in the corridor all week. Not a huge problem but not the most pleasant thing to open your door to daily. However staff were great and the hotel did everything you’d ask but a little sub standard for a 4 star."

"Every thing was perfect very nice for Families any size . Only thing I didn’t like was sofa bed but for smaller person I think will be fine. Maybe more parking spots will be better for resort that size.Everything else was perfect food and drinks in all inclusive package was great. Also location perfect . Thank you "

"Everything from the location, amenities, staff, park to the rear and access to the lake was excellent! Fantastic hotel in one of the most picturesque settings i've visited. Room had amazing views of the snow capped mountains, the park and the lake. A path to the rear of the hotel, along the lake is great for cycling and walking and takes you to the centre of Riva with lovely shops and restaurants in one direction and to "

"Breakfast was amazing. Staff super friendly. Parking was good. Everything was clean. My only problem is you can hear everything in the rooms. We got no sleep at all, which we needed so that we can do a 9 hour drive. So we are disappointed that no sleep occured. Soundproofing would be ideal or hang up more items as the hallways echo loudly. "
