"Nice and clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were quiet and kitchenette had just enough things in it. Tram within 2 minutes' walk makes everything easily accessible if you don't fancy a 30 minute stroll along the nice riverside path into the centre. The room floor was very slippery though - had to move the mats from beside the bed as they slid rapidly towards the window / wardrobe on getting out of bed. I also slipped on the bathroom floor banging my head. "

"The room was spacious, quiet and comfortable, staff were nice and friendly and I love the water taps to refill a bottle with sparkling or still water on every room level. I didn’t use the pool but it had a nice swimming pool for a quick splash! "
