- Villa K is modern architecture with a clear private access to the crystal clear sea !! Wonderful open view on islands. Shadowy pine trees and garden
The ground and second floor are totally independant for the guests (4 rooms with private bathroom, kitchen, living room, terrace, pontoon).
Perfect for group of 8/9 friends or family!
The owner lives on the rooftop which is totally independant too, he only uses the pontoon 20 minutes / day and waters the garden once a day.
