About this property

Nice home in Prigradica

  • This beautiful vacation home right by the sea is an ideal place to spend a dream vacation. It is spacious, airy and has beautiful glass walls through which you can admire the sea and pine trees. It is spread over two floors, but only the 1st floor is available (attic is not used). There are three bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living room and toilet. External stairs lead to the pool terrace, which is separated from the sea only by a small wall. Since the pool is almost at sea level, you are granted a beautiful view of the blue giant. On the pool terrace, as an additional comfort, there is a fully equipped kitchen and an entertainment room with table soccer, a PlayStation4 and electric darts, as well as a hot tub for the early and late season. The last 50 m of the approach road is steep.

Fantastic location and beachfront, modern house, cozy location

This is a fantastic newly built house with a lovely seaside outdoor area including clean pool, and a lounge and dinner area where we spent most evenings. The beach front is really nicely built up with sun beds and a small pier where you can easily take a swim. Super clean water and great for snorkeling. House is divided in two floors with separate kitchen and bathroom in ground floor - we made all dinners downstairs and had breakfast food upstairs but a bit logistics as the two floors ar not connected indoor. No problem just plan for it. We also used the outdoor BBQ grill to prepare all dinners. Bedrooms upstairs are spacious but for two families with four kids we had our two kids in our bedroom on bed and mattress. No problem but an extra bedroom would be ideal for party of eight. Super gaming room with play station and foozball table. Prigradica is a lovely small town with two great restaurants and a small "beach". Owners of the house are super! Great service and lovely people. All in all we had a great week in this house - we were two families incl 4 children.
