Point + : Maison agréable, chambres spacieuses Points - : pas d accès direct exterieur, du coup on ne profite pas du petit coin barbecue, maison d en face 3 chiens qui aboient sans arrêt... voiture indispensable pour toute activité, évier cuisine plein de moisissure

Ensemble correct surchargé de mobilier ancien Propreté OK Mini marché le jeudi soir 3km de La Voute Chilhac A noter: pas de reseau A revoir : literie, éclairage sdb, évier, télécommandes tv A noter : Le bbq est en contrebas et attenant au salon d'extérieur des voisins. Grille de bbq sale mais ça c'est habituel!
Gîte très agréable et bien équipé au cœur du village de vignerons dans la vallée sauvage de l'allier.
Canoë et randonnées au "pied du gîte"

Das Haus lag wunderschön mit herrlichem Balkon! Das ganze unter "Gîte de France rural". Man muss das mögen, Küchenausstattung sehr gut. Reisetipps: Wir haben mit unserem Dumont-Reiseführer alles gesehen was wir wollten. Supermärkte in Langeac, prima.

Das Ferienhaus ist von außen s...
Das Ferienhaus ist von außen schon mal ein Schmuckstück, Naturstein mit großem weinberankten Balkon. Innen große Räume, die rustikale Möblierung ist vielleicht nicht jedermanns Geschmack, passt aber. Moderne Sanitäreinrichtung, die Bäder sind jeweils recht offen in die beiden großen Schlafräume integriert. Die Küche ist vollständig für Selbstversorgung ausgestattet.Hinterm Haus eine Wiese mit Gartenstühlen, teils beschattet. Sehr freundliche Einweisung durch den Vermieter, ein defekter Fernseher wurde umgehend ausgetauscht. Reisetipps: Wer hier Urlaub macht, muss mit weiten Wegen rechnen. Im Ort keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit, kleiner Laden im Nachbarort (5km), Supermärkte 16/20km. Interessante Ziele zum Wandern oder Bummeln sind alle mit Autofahrzeit ab 1Stunde aufwärts verbunden (schmale, wenig befahrene Landstraßen), für Radtouren ideal, aber reichlich Höhenmeter. Davon abgesehen: Viele Möglichkeiten für Unternehmungen.
