About this property
Unique property in the middle of The Golden Circle with a large beautiful garden
- A 140 sqm. house and 60 sqm. garage in the center of the Golden Circle area (Geysir and Gullfoss 20 min away). A unique opportunity to experience the southern part of Iceland in a calm and child friendly neighbourhood.
A beautiful newly renovated house in a small greenhouse village, Laugarás, in the centre of The Golden Circle area.
Crib and high chair for a baby are available upon request. Large living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher), two bathrooms with shower. A large 60 sqm. garage with table tennis, dart, fuss ball and more. Also a washing machine and a dryer.
Large outdoor area with a small soccer field, trampoline, swings and a hot tub. Very sheltered terrace with barbecue and garden furniture.
It's open all year-round for travellers. We offer free Wi-Fi Internet. One flat screen TV. Free parking space for 4 cars. Included in our price are bed linen, towels, taxes and final cleaning.
The house is also perfect for day trips to Reykjavík, since it´s so conveniently located only about 1 hour drive from the capital.
Guests are welcome to contact us anytime and we´ll do our best to solve their problems.
We are also owners of 2 other luxury villas in 100 m distance from each other.
