Basic but cozy house with private pool situated in a quiet residential area only 3km from Blanes! Blanes is one of the most beautiful towns on the Costa Brava, where you will find restaurants, bars and supermarkets, all surrounded by beaches with turquoise, crystaline water. This property is ideal for enjoying relaxing family holidays on the Costa Brava! Maximum capacity 9 people. The villa spans over 2 floors. Outdoor space with garden and private pool (8x4m) and beautiful sea views. There is a built in barbecue and a porch, where you will be able to enjoy pleasant poolside breakfasts and meals. 140m2 internal space with dining/living room with TV and direct access to the terrace. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need: cutlery, pans, fridge, microwave, toaster, oven, washing machine and dishwasher. You will find 3 double bedrooms (with 135 x190cm beds), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 190cm), 1 bedroom with 1 single bed (90 x 190cm), 1 bathroom with bathtub and 1 bathroom with shower. Free Wifi. Pets are allowed on request and with supplement. Youth groups are not allowed. This property is only rented to families. Reservations for young people under 35 years of age are not allowed.The villa is in Blanes, one of the most charming towns on the Costa Brava!
