I'm going to go ahead and give this one a 5 star, BUT I would give a 4.5 if I could. My ONLY complaint was that the heat in our room wasn't working right. Room was clean. We were disappointed that we missed the bar time by a few minutes and were treated rudely by the bartender. And when we checked out the elevator was out of order and 2 senior citizens had to carry their luggage down from the fifth floor.
