"Beautiful hotel located in the Queen Anne neighborhood in downtown Seattle, walking distance to the Space Needle & Climate Pledge Arena. The rooftop patio is one of the best features of the hotel. All the staff members are helpful & offer great service. Note - The hotel charges an extra $36/day for parking & the garage is very tight."

"Great location. Everything within walking distance. Only wish the city would do something about the homeless situation near the hotel. Several individuals were definitely drugged up."
