"Clean spacious room"

"I had a pleasant stay at Camelback. While everything was fairly moderate, it offered a comfortable and convenient experience overall. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the amenities covered all the basics needed for a relaxing trip. The location was great for easy access to the slopes, which made the stay even more enjoyable."

"The room was nice and clean. The staff attentive and friendly. The only disappointing part was the fact that it said online and everywhere in the resort that they are “cashless resort”. When we wanted to pay for some Arts and Crafts activities, they told us pay cash only. So we had to leave. When I called about horseback riding-same thing with cash only. I had to drive outside of the resort, to find an ATM. Just be aware of that."

"When I arrived for check in the lady at the front desk was very rude,and inconsiderate of my needs for that night @the grand eastonian hotel,when I arrived to the room there was no assistance on that evening I was told when I called in about things not working in the room.She said there was no one to assist me.There was many thing’s that were wrong with the room,that this lady would not assist with during my stay.The lighting at the dining room table didn’t work.We had to eat are home cooked meal in the dark,then the toilet was not flushing properly,and the balcony outside was disgusting.Cigarette butts all over the ground,along with a dead bird out on the balcony,and not to mention,it rained that night,which led to a guest of mine going outside,and stepping into a big puddle to get her shoes,socks,and bottom of her pant legs soaking wet.I love the Grand Eastonian,and I will stay again,but it should of been a little bit more professional by the staff with considering my needs as a paying customer.Thank you"
