Located in Blaine, this quaint country house/chateau is a dream. We are one block from the water, 5 minute walk to downtown. We are less than 5 minutes to the USA - Canadian Peace Arch Border. Our home is a unique historic chateau like home. Privacy is essential at this stately home. You’ll stay on the lower level, of the historic main house. The upper level is used by the family seasonally. So, the entire place is all yours! 1/3 acre showcases a beautiful garden, deck, fire pit and picnic table, and natural beauty fenced in, With 1 lovely bedroom featuring a full bed, smart tv, and writing desk, guests will feel right at home. Full bathroom with shower. The kitchen and breakfast nook are from a movie scene. Formal dining room and large spacious living room are furnished with vintage classic style decor. The living room space has a cozy twin bed for use. We provide 100% cotton bedding and towels. Products used throughout the home are natural, with limited smells. Our kitchen is fully stocked with coffee makers, tea pots, rice cooker, and more. Experience what Blaine has to offer with a stay at our historic country house/chateau. Step back into days gone by and sophisticated furnishings. We also ‘may’ have our 640 square foot cottage studio on property for short term stay. Please ask for larger parties. Seasonal only. We look forward to hosting you in downtown Blaine, WA. USA
