"I stayed there from 03-01-2011 till 09-01-2011 and it was realy good!! Everything is as it is wroten in the details and as it looks in the photos. Very worm and very luxurious!! And the people there are very helpfoul and pleasant!! The only wrong the apartment had was that there weren't ANYONE to come and give us new sheets and towels!!We stayed there 6days and a change in these things WAS NEEDED!!! And from the office in Bansko that will give you the keys you are told from the begging that...

"The property was tired and needed a refurbishment. Certain essentials were missing or did nor work. The oven knob was not turning the operating spindle to which it should have been attached,and the Micro Wave turn table didn't turn. Tthere were no plugs in the bath nor the Sink out let and the crockerty was sparse, I would say to summer visitors stay away if you are expecting air con. I had to go out and buy a fan. Other essentials were also missing. No bottle opener, not enough...
