"Very professional, helpful and friendly staff. Safe area with a police station right next door and a beautiful park. Also very close to the bus/train station. Excellent variety of TV channels available. The instructions for the heating system were in the room."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Helen’s Bay. Communication with Nicola was very easy. She was always very helpful and responded quickly. The location of the house was perfect for us as we could either stay and walk along the seaside in Crawfordsburn Park, drive to other walks and sites nearby or take the train into Belfast. The rooms were comfortable. It was a bit cold in the lower part of the house, as it was particularly cold weather in January, but we were able to boost the heat for periods of time Parking was conveniently in the back of the building. There is a nice wine shop at the corner right next to the train station. One thing to note is that even though the train station is right behind the townhouse it was very quiet and not noticeable at all. We would stay again if we were in the area. "

One of the best laid out and comprehensive information booklets I’ve come across, which made using the facilities straightforward and easy. Location is great - on a quiet street but in close proximity to pubs, restaurants, shops etc Jonathan is a fantastic, very approachable and thoughtful host - nothing ever seemed to be too much bother and he made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay."

"The hosts were superb -- very responsive to my questions and requests. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and roomy. I especially appreciated the private terrace. My only concern was that I found it difficult to lock the entry and terrace doors."

"We loved our stay at the Old Inn - rooms were nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Spa facilities etc were all beautiful and had a lovely relaxing atmosphere. Restaurant was really good - lovely food, great service and attentive staff. Young waiter and waitress (I think called Leo and Sofie) both really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great quality and freshly cooked, ordered from a menu rather than buffet. Any and all staff we encountered were friendly, chatty and helpful. Love the general atmosphere - chilled out, laidback, peaceful with rustic decor and good lighting etc. No complaints - would definitely recommend and stay again."
