"Our room door does not lock- you can see where someone has tried to jimmy it with a screwdriver from outside! Very poor quality of everything including food unfortunately. "

We werent able to find any were to stay till 2am the next morning when the Marriott at the airport got us in it was tight for 5 of us but made it work for the 3 days we were up there"

Pre-checkin is useless and $1 is deducted (not sure when it would be refunded). $50 is charged extra and verbally mentioned that it would be reversed in few days -- Hopefully..."

"The day I arrived I clearly showed I rented 2 separate rooms. Manager couldnt hlep me fix issue. I called hotel.com to fix problem. The agent kept calling front desk and they wouldnt answer. I tried to put the manager on the phone from my cell but manager denied. And told the agent to call the front desk. But hell they wouldnt answer it. I went to sit in the car till the agent finally spoke to them. Took 1 1/2 to resolve. Room had a big hole in the bed skirt. The bathroom shower knob pulls off. Shower handle didnt work. They came to clean room took all the towels and didnt replace. Worst experience I have ever had. Next time ill go down the road and pay them $788.00."
