There was parking right outside our cabin which was super convenient. Really did not expect any servicing of our cabin, but every 3 days there was a full service including a change of bed linen. Our pre-arrival questions were answered within an hour. It had everything we needed and would definitely stay again.

Amazing view (room 11). Staff were excellent and helpful, room was clean and had everything you need.

One of the best hotels in New Zealand. I would give it seven stars. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Room was spacious and very luxurious. La carte breakfast was excellent. Mini bar was well stocked. It felt like home away from home.

The location is great and the views are excellent BUT this location needs to tell people that there is no elevator. Carrying 2 50lb bags up five floors was not the high point of our trip. Also, internet was interrupted several times a day. We had a clean and comfortable bed but our room was small. Had to put one bag one the kitchen counter and the other across the end table as there was not enough room on the floor.
