"The hotel confirmed my booking, charged me for the room, and then messaged me while we were on our way to tell me they had no rooms and that I need to cancel my reservation. The reservation was non-refundable and if I pushed cancel, I would not get my money back. The concierge said they would contact hotels.com to sort out the matter. "Otelin sahibi araptı ve çok kabaydı çalışanlar çok iyi yardım sever ama otel sahibi için aynı şeyi söyleyemicem. Aracımızı otelin önüne park etmek istedik meğerse girişi kapatmışız ama bunu bize söylerken öyle kaba ve sert söylediki.
