Nice little house at a reasonable price for our family of 4. Pretty sure it’s a newer rental as still working on some closet shelving and blinds. Had everything I needed in kitchen but spices and seasonings. I suggested she add them. Overall pretty modern and the owner was very polite and responsive to my questions.
