"The hotel was well located with many restaurants and cafes near by and walking distance to many tourist attractions.
Staff were super friendly and engaging.
The one bedroom apartment was spacious and pristine with a lovely view of the mountains.
The Avenue was one of the best hotels we have every stayed in and we will be back !"
"The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable one-night stay. The location is also very convenient being close to CBD and recommended attractions."
"This is my favourite hotel in the entire country. I stay at Ovolo if I can in every city. Even my own! and also including overseas (Hong Kong). The stand out for me at Nishi is the design, the bed linen that is superb and the location. I came for a national photographic portrait prize and you can always pop by what is on. Floriade, another visit to the National Gallery, etc. One thing I noticed, mini bar used to be free. Its gone from great to reduced to a few things to pay for mini bar. It is the thing that set you apart except for the above, for me. "
"I loved this hotel. The room was excellent with a comfortable bed and plenty of storage. The bathroom was spacious and stylish. Location was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would love to have stayed longer. Restaurant was excellent. Food was delicious and staff were very efficient and accommodating."
"Everything about my room was great. But without a doubt my stay was awesome and amazing with the warm and friendly staff that helps accommodate anything I could have asked for. So 6 stars for those amazing staff. Thank you. Sandy"
"We had to walk to the shopping centre for parking but it wasn’t too far away. The room was fantastic with comfy beds. It’s great to have cooking facilities in the room."
