Creekside Log Cabin Retreat in Black Mountain

Welcome to your peaceful getaway in the heart of Black Mountain! Tucked among the trees and perched along Flat Creek, this warm and inviting log cabin combines rustic charm with modern comfort. Whether you’re here to relax, explore, or adventure, this cabin is your perfect home base.

Step inside to find an open, cozy living area with warm wood throughout, and big windows that bring the forest in. Curl up by the fireplace with a good book or enjoy the tranquil sounds of the creek from the screened porch. There are two bedrooms, both with queen beds. Bedroom 1 has direct access to the screened porch, a generous closet, and a large en-suite bathroom. The cabin offers the ideal balance of charm and simplicity—comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully furnished for an easy, serene stay.

You’ll feel tucked away, yet everything is incredibly close. The cabin is less than half a mile to the Montreat Gate. Montreat is a peaceful, wooded mountain community known for its scenic hiking trails, serene Lake Susan, and quiet, retreat-like atmosphere. It is one mile to downtown Black Mountain. Black Mountain is a vibrant, walkable mountain town filled with local shops, great food, and artistic charm. Only 20 minutes to Asheville, a lively small mountain city known for its craft breweries, live music scene, creative culture, and stunning Blue Ridge scenery.
