The place was spotless and absolutely perfect. The location was private and woodsy yet close and convenient! All the small touches were well appreciated!
What a little gem this place is! Loved everything about it. Great location for our needs, fantastic shower, cozy bedroom and living room. Wish the weather had been better to sit out on the porch, it was so inviting. Ran out of time to use the great firepit area next to a babbling brook. Great for 1 or 2 people. Will certainly book again if we are in the area.
Me and my partner stayed here for 4 nights and the stay was great. Place was clean, linens washed and spotless. Honestly the stay was great, if me and my partner ever stay in Black Mountain again we'll be sure to come back.
We would definitely stay here again. Location is great and easy access to highway but feel you are secluded. Very nice rental with lots of nice touches.

Nice cabin, perfect location
Overall the stay was nice, however the best part was the location. Surrounded by the mountains and woods, but also right outside the city and just close enough that drive to Asheville doesnt have to be a full day trip!
This place was wonderful, so cute and a perfect location. The cabin was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. Tim was great to work with, and I was very sad to leave!
Great location! Convenient to town of Black Mountain and 10 minutes from Asheville. Clean and supplied well to meet your every need. Great host and communicated well with us!
Tum was very responsive to my messages. We came to help a NC family in need due to hurricane Helene. This place was so relaxing after a hard days work. Would highly recommend!
Clean an quite Beautiful place to stay 10 out of 10. Tim the host keeps an close eye on you the up stairs tenant is quiet. If you liked to be watched this is the place to go.
Loved this cabin! Super clean and just minutes from downtown Black Mountain and easy access to freeway. As a single female occupant, I felt safe and comfortable staying by myself. The host is most accommodating and very friendly. I will definitely visit again. * If you visit Black Mountain, highly recommend you check out Louise's Kitchen for breakfast or lunch... Great food and great prices.
Beautiful, clean and just right for our Labor Day getaway. Within minutes of Black Mountain, but felt like you were out farther with private woods, babbling creek and a large porch to relax and unwind! Slept the best sleep on a most comfortable mattress. Super fast WiFi, snacks, k-cups and a incredible shower. After hiking Crabtree Falls and Roan Mtn, it was wonderful to return to our little paradise ~ I highly recommend Beech Creek Cabin!
This property is exceptionally well appointed. Walking in from the extensive porch, one enters an open area that is framed in beautifully finished light wood (beech?). Tv, rocking recliners etc. Directly to the left is the bedroom-king sized, luxurious bed, even larger TV. From bedroom into bathroom which has a large shower, plenty of shelf space. Kitchen is fully furnished with attractive dishware.
Fantastic visit. Will be back. Thanks to our host for a memorable visit.
First stayed here in July, 2023. Return visit, July, 2024. Beech Creek Cabin was our “pied-a- terre,” for the past week. Perfect place to travel from, and to other places, in the area. The cabin is absolutely comfortable(fantastic cool bed), TV’s, etc. Afternoon rain created gurgling sounds from the creek that runs in front of the cabin. Rocking on the expansive porch while grilling burgers, and listening to the rain, enhanced the evening. Thanks to Tim, and to Barbara, for their hospitality and conviviality! We will be back!
My wife and I came to NC to help with hurricane recovery. We had no idea how bad the damage was. Many areas were still without power and most of western NC has undrinkable tap water. The Beech Creek cabin was an answered prayer for our stay. Great location, clean water, beautiful surroundings, and a GREAT HOST (Tim)!
We will definitely be back. (Maybe very soon to continue helping). And we will definitely look for this cabin again.
Stay strong NC!
Host was welcoming and very responsive. Cabin was super clean and cozy and had every amenity you could ever need. Especially loved the shower!!! Plus sitting on the porch looking at the view, listening to the babbling brook and hanging at the fire pit, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it was fabulous!! Definitely will be back!
