"Kinda had a stale smell in the room, bathtub was a little dirty as well. Iron was broken and iron board was broken so it wouldn't stand before we even got to touch it. There was only one full toilet roll and half a used roll i was traveling with another person and staying there for 3 days. The location does feel safe and convenient plus their breakfast was pretty good. Overall 7/10 rating still a good stay. "

"I was somewhat surprised to see the extra $25 per day charge for having our dog with us. I did not see this charge in advance and according to Expedia I would only owe the hotel a set amount which was $50 less than they charged. It wasn’t Expedia’s fault. We didn’t have anyone come in and clean on the first day, just when we left on the second day so we got charged for nothing on the first day. On a very happy note my daughter left her favorite water glass in the room. When I went back to the room before turning in the key cards it wasn’t there. The young man in housekeeping didn’t speak English so he used an interpreting app on his phone and was able to return the glass to me from the housekeeping room. Very nice! Thank you so much!! He went above and beyond. 👍👍 "
