"We loved the traditional style of the home. It was very spacious for us with a baby. The western dining area helped us to be comfortable. There were very few hangers for drying our laundry, and no laundry soap ready for use.The area was convenient, 3 stops from Okayama station but then it was a 20 minute walk from the station. The surrounding neighborhood had a good grocery store, but not cafes and restaurants within short walking distance so not recommended if you don't drive."

"Do not stay here. More like a 1970s dormitory, the photos shown on the website are utterly misleading. I don’t even know where to start. Firstly, despite providing excessively detailed information online before checking in (to help ‘save time’ on arrival), we arrived late at night after navigating very narrow roads to get there and were met with an electronic check in system that not only required passport numbers and SCANS but took photos of all of us including four children. "毎年友人6〜7人で宿泊させていただいています。今回4回目。すぐ裏はビーチ。今年からはSUPなんかのアクティビティもできるようになってました。キッチンもBBQ機材もありとても便利です。 (網と炭と着火剤はホームセンターでいつも買ってから行きます) 室内もきちんと清掃されていて清潔。広い和室に布団を敷けば8人充分寝られます。さらにお部屋2つあるので室内で宴会も。いちばんのポイントはお風呂、洗面、トイレといった水回りが綺麗でストレスがないこと。毎年最高の夏休みを過ごさせていただきありがとうございます。また来年もよろしくお願いします。"

"The location is great. The JR train station is just across the street, and lots of shops are in the station. The hotel's free, hot breakfast is wonderful and nutritious. My minor complaints are: The room decor is outdated and the bathroom sink drains a bit slow. But everything is well kept and clean. I love this hotel and keep coming back when I need to stay in Okayama."

"Very budget friendly hotel with a nice deep bathtub. It isnt the most modern hotel but it was clean, comfortable and cheap. The staff were friendly, and although we were unable to utilize the free breakfast or dinner it was included (half board). I did think it would be a bit closer to the station but that was on me for not researching well enough."
