I always love it here

The room was in good condition and clean. The front office staff could be more accommodating. I requested to check in early and was told to go away and come back in two hours..

We had a wonderful experience staying at the City Center Hotel by Kasa! The stay really felt luxurious and the staff was super friendly and courteous. The only hiccup was a technical issue with our room lock late at night, after 11 pm, which was stressful since we also had an early morning flight. That being said, the unfortunate situation was handled well. We were able to reach the emergency help desk right away, and they promptly arranged a temporary room for us while they tried to contact maintenance. Within about 45 minutes, the general manager personally arrived and manually opened the lock so we could access our room. Aside from that brief moment of anxiety, everything else was excellent. We especially loved the comfortable and spacious beds. Overall we would absolutely recommend it and look forward to staying here again.

The rooms are spotless. The view is lovely. The nights are quiet. It’s a perfect place. We will revisit.
