Staff helpful polite and kind. Safety taken seriously also. Food was really great, a mix of local Indonesian food as well as western choices. I stuck with the indo food, it was fantastic. Gym is a little bit tired, needs more weights but enough to get a small training session in. Pool area relaxing, pool super clean.

The staff are all caring and professional. I had need of nothing.

The staff was very kind. The location is not so good if you want to do things by walking. The room was OK, but even though it was a non smoking room it had a lot of cigarette smell. Asked for another room and it was the same. They just put a spray that attenuated the smell. But towels and sheets were still smelling.

Fantastic views in a very convenient location. Terrific staff. Overall great value.

Fresh neat and cosy hotel. Handy to everything in central Manado

Excellent for short stays. Clean, AC, good beds, city centre & breakfast included. Wifi could be a little better. But worth the money
