"The place was great. Clean studio apt with sleeping accommodations for four and even a small kitchen and dining table. Good location, about a three minute walk to public transportation station. I stayed at this property with my wife and our two teens. Customer service was great. Mit der Straßenbahn sind es 23 Minuten bis zum Hauptbahnhof.Ein Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen, sehr ruhig, sauber, der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber sehr nett, Checkin hat sehr gut geklappt. "Sept. 2025. Our 6 night stay at the Elaya Hotel in Leipzig's city centre was great. Many sights (museums, churches, the Leipzig Zoo) and wonderful eateries were within walking distance. The hotel was clean, safe, and well appointed. I would definitely return to this establishment for a future stay."

"The apartment/room was very comfortable, spacious and relaxing. During my stay, I noticed a few anomalies with the equipment, which I reported to front desk personnel. The matter was noted and dealt with. These anomies did not affect t my stay. Because my room had a kitchen, dishwasher and laundry facilities, I used them all. Consequently, I did not eat on the dining rooms. The front desk staff were all very professional, patient and helpful."
