There is no signs to indicate the hotel from the street when driving AND Google map directs you to wrong place. We ended up parking near by and walked to hotel front desk ..."

We arrived Sunday and it was dripping. We reported it straight away and mopped up the mess. Next day we reported at desk, no action taken. ..."
