Room was clean This is an older property which could use some TLC . WiFi not available in the morning prior to check out. Checking in was very frustrating / took a long time & the two people at desk didn't speak English which is beyond rude, Would pass on this hotel.

I like the location and that it is quieter than being so close to the highway. However, the biggest problem we had was we had to keep a plunger in the bathroom to make things go down when we flushed. We were told not to use much paper. Here's the thing we are conservative with our paper as we live with a rural septic system. Four square rules. We were not offered a different room as you only have 15 minutes after church in to do so. Staff was helpful just not concerned about it over our five day stay. They gave us fresh towels on day three. Don't expect to get top quality service here. There is a good breakfast here not just rolls and coffee.

Parking appeared safe. Very good breakfast. The room was very nice and clean. Everything worked. Because I'm handicapped I was given immediate help with my suitcase by staff caring it in and out of my room; up and down the stairs. They then assisted me up and down the stairs. They were wonderful.

I was very pleased with my stay here. My room had a surprising number of amenities, including a hairdryer, microwave, and mini fridge. The room was clean and everything worked correctly. Most importantly, the hotel staff was excellent. They made me feel welcome and quickly completed the check-in process. Overall, my stay here was a great value and I would come back for the customer service alone.
